My Story
Where Esparza USA started, and how a long road in the trades led to building homes of my own.
A childhood around job sites
I grew up watching things get built. My family did not have much, but there was always a project going on: a fence being repaired, a room being added, a neighbour who needed an extra pair of hands.
Looking back, that's where it started: not in a classroom, but on the ground, watching problems get solved with wood, concrete, and a lot of stubbornness.
Learning that this was the path
My first real job in construction was not glamorous: long days, harder lessons, and a crew that expected you to keep up or get out of the way.
That feeling is what turned a summer job into a career decision.
Years on the tools
Over the years I worked under people who cared about doing things properly: measuring twice, respecting the client's home, and never cutting a corner just because no one would see it.
By the time I was leading my own crews, I already knew what kind of builder I wanted to be.
Going out on my own
The first house I built from the ground up, start to finish, under my own name, is still the project I am proudest of.
That trust is what Esparza USA was built on, and it is what I still ask my crews to earn on every project.
What drives the work now
Esparza USA today is bigger than one person, but the standard has not changed.
